About Us

Linda first learned to sew while she was in elementary school by her grandmother, Miss Sadie, who was a professional seamstress. Linda says, “You can say I’ve been sewing for my entire life.” She started by sewing dresses and other clothes for her dolls and her friends’ dolls. 

Around 2020, as COVID was winding down, Linda was at church looking for a fan, “I was concerned. How clean is this fan I am about to use to wave air into my face? What if the previous person was sick and sneezed on the fan?”  

I envisioned a personal fan that I keep for myself and would be easy to carry around; so I used my sewing skills and made my own fan,” Linda said. Some people and friends saw her fan and commented on how unique and pretty it was, how it folded up and how much air it moved – and how it was germ free since no one else had used it! Folks started requesting fans which she made for them and they all said, “These are so beautiful and so unique! You should sell these!” so I did. 

Around 2023, we started attending some crafts fairs and the response was terrific! People wanted to get more fans for gifts for their friends and asked if we had a website. That is why we started this site. 

Over the years, our fans have had several improvements and have become more varied, more colorful, sturdier and, still each one is made completely by hand and is unique. “It is a love of what I want to do.” Please go to our Shop page to see our collections of handmade items. 

We continue to listen to our friends and customers, who have requested and now we create, one-of-a-kind purses and small bags. “We can’t wait to hear what other unique, handmade items you are looking for!” We are preparing to make different sizes, including fans for children - so Moms and kids can have matching sets. We are also working on cell phone holders for cars that are unique, stylish, easy to use and functional.  

Linda continues to take orders for custom fans, as well as custom purses, dresses, skirts, pastoral robes, pajamas, etc. so please feel free to inquire about these or other items. Please see out Contact page for these and other inquiries. 

Jack has been involved in graphic arts for many years; He has created a myriad of unique, handcrafted and sometimes multi-media wall art using oils, watercolors, fabrics, pictures, flowers, wood and metals. Please go to our Shop page to see our collections of unique, handmade items.
